RecommendedMy family was very impressed with the complex. Location is fantastic. It’s small so the amenities(pool, playground, dog park, fire pits) are never overly crowded which is really nice. It stays pretty quiet, residents are all friendly. The manager is always nice and goes above and beyond to help. We’ve made great friends here.
Wonderful complex! It is small, quiet and in a central location. It has a dog park, pool and playground. The best part is the grilling stations and fire pit! The office staff and maintenance team are awesome and truly care about their residents. Crystal always goes above and beyond to meet your needs.
I've lived here since July and I love it! Avery is so amazing and helpful! The apartments are a good size and upgraded! The complex is small enough that you really feel like you're being listened to and you get to know your neighbors! The community is very dog friendly. The location is awesome, you're so close to everything but far enough away to not feel stuck in city traffic! 5/5! I love this place!
It is a very quiet place. The apartments are just the right size, not too big or small. The best thing? Avery, he is very diligent and he always finds a way to attend your needs.
They've improved a lot just in the 9 months I've lived here. When I first began the leasing process it was very difficult to get in touch with the office but they've been noticeably faster on all fronts. They fixed up the parking lot and let me tell you I've not seen ONE bug- which for a community with a forest and creek nearby is very impressive. I lived here for 2 years. Never had a problem with the old management but when the new management took over and changed it to Decatur Flats, that’s when I started having issues! The office staff is rude and pretty unhelpful. They NEVER answer the telephones. Even when you leave a message they never called back. They were unhelpful when you actually got through and had questions. There’s a huge pot hole in the middle of the parking lot that has been there for at least 6 months. There’s no curtsey officer.
