I recently had to go to Decatur Memorial for a spinal injection procedure. When we arrived we found our that the front doors when locked only to employees. It is a long walk from the ER parking lot through the hospital to,get to the elevators to get to Day Surgery, PT & other services. I have to,say I am very disappointed in your decision about this. This was not a very good thought out plan. I have recommended this hospital to several people but now I will have to rethink this.
