Did a great job for me last year
DO NOT use this appraisal company. He made a HUGE mistake on our appraisal, that almost cost us our house. When we pointed out his mistake, he was not timely about correcting it, and we had to delay our closing. Jack was impossible to reach and not timely in responding- in fact, he never responded to over 5 voicemails. We had to contact another appraisal service just to get ahold of him…. Save yourself the stress and heartache, and DO NOT USE this service.
