When we arrived for our appointment, the staff seemed completely unaware of our booking, which was already an unsettling start. Rob was supposed to be my barber, but he immediately mentioned that he doesn’t typically cut longer hair. His tone was condescending from the start, and his attitude was rude and unprofessional.
