All the people are nice and polite. They take great care of the patient.
Due to COVID-19, I put off my regular dental cleaning for a year and a half. Today I had my teeth cleaned by Madison, who was polite, professional, gentle and painless. She is also a pleasant conversationalist! Dr. Kwon and his entire staff are courteous, caring, and professional, and the facility is clean and welcoming.

This office is set up with the latest equipment for dental exams and procedures. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, answering questions and handling paperwork!
Upon my entry into the office of Dr. Kwon Dental, I was warmly greeted and immediately felt welcomed. During the procedure I was having, Dr. Kwon and his assistants all showed genuine interest in me as a person while completing needed dental work with quality and in a very timely manner. Dr. Kwon Dental is my dentistry of choice. His staff is so well-trained in every area of service, especially when it comes to making patients feel at ease. My experience at Dr. Kwon’s facility includes; least waiting time at each appointment, most efficient teamwork during each session making for very precise work and for shorter visits—leading to fewer visits in the long run. Also important to me is that whenever little mistakes might be made they are corrected promptly and more than fairly.
Dr. Kwon was already voted “The Best Dentist” award in the Gresham Outlook newspaper. But his staff is excellent too. And if Heather cleans your teeth, your teeth are as clean as possible!
I had a dental emergency. Called Dr. Kwon office and had an appointment in 2hrs. The staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Kwon was knowledgeable and very gentle. Thank you to all. I have a new dentist - Dr. Kwon!
