She took the time to explain Each process and did it with care and compassion. She was deligent and straight to the point. This is a prime example of great customer service. Location was convenient for me and will definitely return to this office. Thank you for the hard work today as you dealt with my cleaning.

Such a friendly staff. You can watch TV while your having your teeth cleaned. They are very interested in your care & what needs to be done.

I was very anxious about visiting the dentist...any dentist. It had been quite a few years. I expressed my concerns and they were validated. I was assured that my comfort was their goal. From initial phone call with Nancy, to actual teeth cleaning by Jen (excellent, I might add), to exam by Dr. Kwon, I was not disappointed. I have found my new "Dental Home". Thank you again, Jen, for the magic that your hands did on my teeth. A great team at Dr. Kwon's office. I highly recommend them.
