Received a notification in the mail and gave them a call. The guy I spoke to sounded OK but I was a little skeptical about giving my bank account information over the phone before they would send me any type of contract or documentation in writing as to what they were going to offer me. Arthur called me and I wasn’t too sure about what he was calling about until he made realize my debt could be lowered. 1 hour on the phone and I am super excited, Arthur was extremely understanding and friendly, would recommend this company, ask for Arthur he does not beat around the bush!!

After looking over 4 different companies, I settled on going with these guys. Jeffrey took great care of both my wife and I and our (total) debt was heavily reduced from the original $55,000 or so that we were in. I am extremely pleased with these guys, they have been very direct yet warm and helpful in everything. I will be debt free completely before 2021! Thank the heavens for Debt Quest. -Artur and Sabina.
