Cancer is the worst but Dr. Patt is the best! She is kind, caring, and brilliant. When I was diagnosed with cancer I was almost more worried about finding the right doctor to lead my cancer fight. I was lucky to hear of Dr. Patt from a friend. She, along with Texas Oncology, made my journey through cancer treatment the best it could be. I wish no one got cancer, but if you do, choose Dr. Patt.
When I found out I had breast cancer I wanted to find an oncologist that could direct my treatment, someone who knew about the latest technologies and could provide inciteful advice and explanations. Dr. Patt was that and more. I felt she really cared about me, that I wasn't just assigned a treatment to be administered by Texas Oncology staff. Dr. Patt was on top of it all.
I am a patient of Dr. Patt for 10 years now. She is the best kind of physician you can have: very positive and kind, highly knowledgeable, always staying on top of things (latest scientific breakthroughs, treatments, etc.), taking the time to listen to her patients, finding the right balance between treatment and quality of life. Whether you just got your first cancer diagnosis or are a cancer patient who recently moved to Austin – if you get Dr. Patt as your oncologist, you have hit the jackpot.
Saw Dr. Patt after a Zometa infusion and blood work. She listened to me when I told her about bone and joint pain. I appreciate the way she listens and I have such confidence in her care.

This was a 6 month check after recurrence and mastectomy. Appointment was a good Q&A and was somewhat uneventful, which is always good, in my view. I would recommend Dr. Patt without hesitate to my friends and family.

My initial appointment was booked quickly. Dr. Patt explained my cancer biopsy report and possible treatment options after lumpectomy. She put me and my husband at ease. My post-op appointment was booked timely and we agreed on follow-up treatment which was conservative, as I preferred. At all times Dr. Patt was professional and reassuring even in the midst of a hectic schedule.
