Uncaring.. In 2023 Debra began care of my type 2 diabetes. she was great showing me different recipes and books to read; however, even with my A1c results over 7.2 there was no recommendation of change of medication, especially with the GLP on the market. My daughter had a phone conference and suggested that i try Ozempic or Trulicity , which finally Debra agreed. after starting the medication And doing very well, her staff person, Tam, was negligent did not send the appropriate paperwork to my insurance in time at the begin... read more
