Google, please allow the ability to submit zero star reviews because this deserves it. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I reached out to them a few months ago about doing my taxes. I was informed it would take a month which was absolutely no problem for me. I submitted all my information to them and wrote a detailed email about what all the documentation meant. Debbie is super knowledgeable about foreign income issues and helped me file my taxes on several occasions as an American abroad. She is also very responsive when I have small questions. Highly recommend if you have to navigate complicated tax situations

Our taxes were not filed on time and we were never notified. After sending many emails and calling, we learned on 4/15 that they needed extra time to complete our taxes. We agreed to an extension because they said they would be completed within the week. Our taxes weren't filed until May 13th, and this was after I called and emailed repeatedly. I am sure she is great, but her contact center or front office staff was not. I called to setup an appointment, but chose not to because of the person sounding annoyed about be asking questions. I chose to go elsewhere due to the underlying tone I received.
