Was charged $550 for simple returns for 2021 ($450) & 2022 ($100) Was told I would receive refund of $17,000 for 2021 & $450 for 2022. Never received print off for me to sign stating such. IRS website shows neither returns processed. Asked for refund & was refused. Went to office with police assistance & was refused tax documents filed for 2021 & all personal documents of my children & I. Tax document print out shows 2022 tax returned was filed today (4/21/23) same date officers was present however $550 was taken 3/31/23. I ... read more
Worst place ever never going back to this place very unprofessional staff . The place is dirty and unorganized. And smells really bad
Debra Best IS the absolute best. I wouldn’t think of doing our taxes anywhere else. She is exceedingly competent; gets us the best returns. Iris and Bobby
