Kate was fantastic. We were purchasing a condo in the South Loop, and Kate knew many (if not all) of the buildings, knew a lot about the neighborhood, and knew just what questions to ask. We couldn't have asked for a better person to guide us through our first experience with Chicago real estate. I never leave reviews! For the first time, I actually want to. I simply can't express my gratitude and admiration for the realtor services received from Ms. Debra Dobbs. I contacted her online with uncertain expectations as to the outcome. My 25 year old son in Chicago (and I in TN) had unexpectedly lost his lease and had no place to reside. Debra and her team worked tirelessly to help us find our first rental property. She attentatively listened to what we valued in a rental property and took us to numerous prospective properties until we found the perfect investment.
