We were trying to replace a leaking outdoor faucet. Allen provided excellent advice about the best type of faucet as the one we bought from another site was not frost free. He also did the plumbing inspection for my annual club membership.
The plumber, Allen Holt, was excellent. He was very nice and professional. He explained what he was doing and answered some other questions very clearly. Allen is an asset to DeBord Plumber.

I called DeBord for their plumbing expertise on Saturday with a toilet that wouldn’t flush. They let me know that it would cost more to come out during the weekend and that if it wasn’t an emergency (it wasn’t) could it wait until Monday. Got a call first thing Monday, said a technician would be out between 8 and 10.
