Dr Chong has been treating my son's retinal condition since he was a tiny toddler. She always was professional and compassionate despite the challenge of treating a pediatric patient.
She saved my vision. Great professional, great doctor, great human being.
Sad that I have to write this review - my initial appt. & first injection for wet AMD went well but the second appt. was TERRIBLE !!! It seemed as though she overbooks/very long wait time & it felt like a "cattle call" so she was rushed - did not allow enough time for my eye to be numb before sticking a needle in my eye!!! She then just brushed it off saying "we can put more numbing drops in next time". Seriously??? There is NO excuse for that to happen EVER & I was traumatized. This is one of the best Opthalmologists you will ever come across. Dr Chong has been treating my macular degeneration for some 5 years now. She is very knowledgeable and very patient and pleasant. Her patient- care skills are second to none. Her office staff at the Dallas office that I go to are very nice!!! Also , I recommend you look up her resume.
