Why do people choose to work in healthcare if they don't have empathy or even just know how to be kind and not rude. On my 3rd attempt to speak to someone in the office (hung up on twice before) the woman I spoke with, thought she should school me on how I wasn't hung up on, it just sounded like that and I had to wait to be transferred.
