Dr. Sauder is excellent. I have been going to her for about a year. She listens to all of my concerns and more. She explains everything thoroughly. She always tries every method to help me with my health. She leaves no stone unturned, referring me to specialists and tests when necessary. Dr. Sauder has a wonderful bedside manner. I highly recommend Dr. Deborah Sauder!!
I have seen this doctor several times for various reasons and the only thing she seems to care about is getting me on birth control even when I am not active. I have had appointments where she started out asking if I am on it or wanting to get on birth control yet. My mother has also been to her and has told her she should be on birth control... Excuse me?! Non-attentive, condescending and arrogant. I do not like going to her but I love Intercoastal. I am surprised she is still there.
Dr. Sauder is caring, professional and very competent. Her old-fashioned approach to health care is very refreshing. She’s not always trying to move you into the latest new drug. Instead she recommends things like vinegar for skin problems rather than antibiotics. Nice.
I enjoy Dr. Sauder's relaxed demeanor. She is professional, and always honest about the situation we are discussing - no matter whether the news isn't as good as I'd like to hear. I find her approach to medicine and life practical and realistic, and I leave feeling as though I do have a partner in my health care. I drive 30 minutes to see this doctor, and that says a lot, since there are many other options for medical care closer to home. Dr. Sauder has been my doctor for almost three years
My daughter saw Dr. Sauder 2 weeks ago. Dr. Sauder did a culture of a sore on may daughter's leg with the concern that it could be a Staph infection. My daughter finally heard back with the results that she had 2 types of Staph infection, but the doctor had not sent in a prescription. She was a the dermatologist today who said that she needed to be on an antibiotic. When we called back to Sauder's assistant she STILL HAD NOT talked to the doctor. We had the dermatologist call a prescription
I don’t think she listened to a thing I said. Basically wrote it all off, didn’t address most of my issues. And now I’m left feeling worse about the situation and myself.
Professional but lacks compassion and friendliness. Does not respond to issues submitted to her through patient portal which is their preferred way of communication.
I had a horrible experience with Dr Sauder. She came into the room for a basic physical as I had just become eligible for Medicare. She had a chip on her shoulder from the very beginning as thought she was mad at the world and took it out on me. She acted showed no interest other than going thru the motions. I have never in my life written a critique of any service giving people the benefit of the doubt but this doctor should not have a job dealing with patients. The support was staff was fine.
Dr. Sauder was very nice, listened to concerns, thorough, and made helpful recommendations.
