I read through these reviews and noticed that 2 of the reviews were written exactly word for word from 2 different people. Guess heathgrades uses a service to write some of the reviews. I am a pt of Dr. Sauder and while, at first, I had some of the same reservations about her bedside manner it has become clear to me that she is a very bright physician and knows her 'stuff', if you will. Dr. Sauter listened while other doctors just wanted to replace my knee. She helped discovered that I was actually suffering from gout of that knee. I was given some pills that immediately had an impact and relieved terrible pain and counseled on the types of food. I have been eating that caused the situation. This pain I had been experiencing for a month and other orthopedic doctors simply counsel for a knee replacement on my knee was swollen from bad gout! She looks at all solutions.
Horrible!!! Never choose Dr Sauder as your PCP. She is rude, disrespectful, sarcastic, inconsiderate and lacks empathy. She has no care for my time and doesn’t listen at all to me. She is dismissive and just lectures you on things that don’t even pertain to me. I don’t even think she’s paying attention. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. Dog in exam room is nasty. Refusing to sign paperwork for patient to go to work is not acceptable. We are all busy! Asked about bump on arch of foot, she touches and says "could be cancer" and walks out of room is beyond professional. Bad choice for a doctor. I have changed primary doctors.
TRY TO CALL NO ONE ANSWERS
I would not recommend Dr. Sauder. She was very dismissive of my issue. She spent most of our appointment lecturing me about hormonal birth control, even though that wasn't why I was there. She then tried to prescribe me antidepressants, after stating I was not depressed. When it came time to discuss my concerns after lab work came back, her medical assistant sent me a very rude email explaining why they couldn't explore other options. I have been going to Dr Sauder for over a year now. She is by FAR one of the best PCP I have ever seen. She doesn't rush you at all. I also am in the Medical field and her bed side manner is amazing.. She will sit and talk with you about all your concerns health-wise. She also answers her own patient portal questions. She doesn't just brush you all like some doctors will. If you are looking for an amazing dr go see her!
