Dr. Golob is inefficient and unprofessional. She does not have an admin so the admin's office is piled full with stacks of medical files. She allows her dog to be in the exam room. At the end of the visit she said she would contact me with the lab results, but all I received a few weeks later was a cryptic voice message telling me that Medicare denied payment because of not meeting my deductible. I have been trying to reach her for my lab result review as she suggested to call but no response from her yet . I have even sent an email hoping she responds as I need to know whether to continue with same dosage or not . indeed it is a pain to contact her .
Dr Golob is a very kind person who listens to the patient very patiently. I have been under her care for the last 10 years and never felt like switching to any other doctor. She understands my issues and correctly diagnose those before prescribing any medications. She is very knowledgeable and up-to-date doctor.
Fantastic Doctor she listens to you. She is the best endocrinologist I’ve ever had.
