One of my prescriptions (Zolamatripan) was incorrectly entered for a new prescription. Debbie seemed to have some difficulty handling the menu and this resulted in this error. The technician had already entered it correctly and Debbie changed the entry thinking my insurance would not cover the larger amount (it ALWAYS has) and the change resulted in an error that did not allow me to have enough medication I need.
