Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes

How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes

They staff spoke very highly of him/her Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
