Very professional and kind staff
Had a major issue and she did a excellent evaluation and price I had insurance by she was out of our network BUT she called the insurance provider and worked it out going above and beyond and the work is super excellent and to me a life changer. I wish I had of known about her 20 years ago instead of the other New Bern dentists who raise their prices like we all just hit the lottery and can afford them. Dr Kilgore and her staff from the front to the end are wonderful people. They insure your comfort from beginning to end in dental procedures. However, and unfortunately, I went to get dentures. From the time they were first put in my mouth the bottoms did not fit and were loose fitting. The dentures were huge in size compared to previous ones I owned. I stated this the very first day. I made several visits and put forth a lot of effort in trying to adjust to them to no avail. The truth of the matter is they should have been ... read more
Doctor and staff all very nice, and good work. BUT $500 for 1 xray and pull a tooth? I have no insurance and am a senior. This is very hard on my limited budget.
