This lady deserves no stars .We made a appointment in April to file our taxes. We get there and wait for her to finish up with her current client. We go back to discuss everything and she let's us know she cant do them that scheduled appointment time. We leave and call, leave voicemail after voicemails finally speak to someone so we can go get our paperwork back. If I could rate a less than zero rate I would. Took paperwork to her 1st of April she did not prepare taxes and said since tax deadline had been extended she would get them done as soon as possible. Kept calling and leaving messages with no response. Finally got in touch with her on June 2nd she said she would have completed next day. Ofcourse once again no call no response. Made another apt. Don't bother. This person wasted a great deal of my time. I went to have my taxes done and needed to return with more documents. Several appointments had to be rescheduled, even after I showed up, because she wasn't prepared. Never called me when she said she was going to. I went to collect my documents to try again elsewhere and she wanted to try again, but wouldn't take my info and said she'd call me. She never did, and I ended up having to re-print my docs and went elsewhere to have the taxes done. If she didn't want my b... read more
This was a horrible experience from the start. Ms Davidson was late to the appointment and her office was in shambles. Clients paperwork lined the hallway, visible to anyone. She failed to return my calls and I scheduled an appointment to try to get her to quote me a price and finish my returns, she made me return to my vehicle where she made me wait half an hour past my appointment time. I returned to the office and she was not ready and was rude to me so I asked for my paperwork and left. Found a new CPA last minute so it ... read more
Deborah was a blessing to me. My previous accountant wasn’t able to help with an audit and kinda had put me in a tough spot, Deb was able to get the information I needed to resolve my problem and got everything back on track. I’m happy to now have her as my accountant, no worries when it comes tax time is truly a great feeling ! Thank you, Deb !
