I arrived early around 9:24am - nobody was in the front then a woman took seat and said 'Sir can I help you?' No good morning, no greeting, but I set aside - yes I have an appointment this morning 9:30 I believe - she said it's 9:45 Sir Again, I was taken back - still set aside - yes you're right. I felt like the keyboard of her laptop got more attention than I did. I transferred to this Dr because she was referred by my insurance company, I feel like I was referred to a robot. There have been a couple visits that I felt maybe she had an interest but when I address specific questions to this doctor it's almost like she doesn't want to answer because she needs to look it up first. I’ve worked in the medical field running practices for 20yrs. I have never seen “business” conducted like this. We waited 4mo for a phys exam that is required by the doc before they see you as a patient for sick visits. The Dr was not warm and fuzzy. Left a lot to be desired with bedside manner so if you’re looking for compassion, look elsewhere.
