Doctor Hazen is one of the best doctors I have ever had. I trust her....
Dr. Hazen is the best. I have come to know her wisdom and concern for her patients. Dr. Hazen was willing to accept my mother as a patient and was very helpful to me and to her as her health declined. She listens to her patients.
I have been a patient of Dr. Hazen for about 15 years. I was lucky enough to have found her when I was going through a difficult time in my life and needed a good physician to just talk to and she did just that. She is always available and happy to assist. I recently suffered a pretty serious injury and she has coordinated the best physicians and PT for me. She is very organized, very concerned not only about my health but my life and things that may be affecting me that could cause ill health. I was in a bad car accident and she was the only Doctor who would help me which is how I started with her about 16 years ago. I highly recommend her!
My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Hazen for years. Dr. Hazen is hands down the best Dr. either of us has ever had. She is courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable and most importantly caring. 8 years ago, I was going thru a terrible ordeal and she and her office called me daily to check on my well being. She is top notch!
Dr Hazen is one of the best! She is professional, caring, proactive and really cares about her patients. I am blessed to have found her for myself and my family. She truly lives her profession and does everything in her power to insure you get the best care available.
