When they called for my appointment confirmation they asked for "Mark " which should have been my first indication this was an unstable place since my name is Eduardo, and my preferred name if Eddie. When I arrived due to the climate change I had a bit of a scratchy throat. The receptionist-assistant felt my head! And said I felt like I had a fever and asked me to reschedule and sat me down and insisted she take my temperature.
