Terrible experience at UPMC with this physician! Condescending, lack of empathy and just overall rude! My college son was experiencing a frightening and potentially serious condition given his past medical history and she was dismissive and ignorant. Given she is a professor at the school you would think she would excel at communicating and relating to college students, but unfortunately for us, it’s not one of her strengths. In looking at other reviews, it’s clear our experience wasn’t an isolated one.
