We have had no complaints. All of the doctors we have been to have been informative and accommodating.
Love, love, love Dr. Coy and her practice!!! My children have been seeing Dr. Coy since they were babies and now they are in middle school. My children are usually on the quiet side- but when they see Dr. Coy all they want to do is ask her questions and talk to her because she relates so well to them and really takes her time to listen. Dr. Coy is calm, patient and very smart. Can’t say enough wonderful things about her!! Highly recommend!!
I have been taking my 4 children to her office for over 15 years. Staff is friendly and the doctors take their time to answer all of your questions.
Dr. Coy showed absolutely no respect for my grandchildren by disregarding the family’s wishes and administering medicines harmful to their conditions
I wouldn’t recommend Dr. Coy’s practice to any parent who cares for their child’s well being. This doctor refused to see my child for her 18 month well visit because she has a low grade fever and I suspected an ear infection. She “suggested” I take my daughter to an urgent care facility and expose her to Covid to get a rapid test done before coming in to see her. What sense does that make! Rapid test aren’t even accurate! We met with Dr Coy when we were pregnant with our son (17 years ago) and have been going to her ever since. She was, by far, the most amazing medical professional we could ever ask for as new parents. We love Dr. Deborah and all of the doctors in her office! The children are comfortable with them and everyone in the office are helpful and accommodating. When we moved our family from Wisconsin and we’re in search of a pediatrician, Dr. Deborah was the only doctor that met with us to see if she was a good fit, no questions asked.

Believe the hype!!! Dr. Coy is as good as they get! She has a remarkably warm bedside manner and takes time with patients. I have never had such a great experience with a doctor! The office is also immaculate and the staff are all also patient, warm and sweet.
