Hiring Steve was the best thing that we could've done. Not only did he call the night before (as promised), he showed up on time and very quickly identified a problem with our furnace - a gas leak. We will have a new born in this house in 2-3 weeks so the fact that he found this problem and brought it to our attention means the world to us. Although he offered to come back another day (20+ miles away), the gas company was able to come out and fix the problem.
