I was glad I read the comments! Stephen is very young looking, but very professional. Started off wanting to first put on booties to keep our home clean. Then the paperwork - so I would sign off on what they were going to do and we would get a clean as well as the price. Stephen also re-confirmed the night before. We had him come back another time to replace the dryer vent coil to a pipe - much safer!
