Debbie is amazing! My 5 year old daughter loves taking lessons with Ms. Debbie, and I am surprised by how much gets accomplished in such a short period of time.
Thank you Debbie's Swim School and Melanie! I have been attending the evening water aerobics classes in Benicia all summer. And I am stronger, fitter, and have lost 30 pounds! I no longer suffer from back problems (unless I over-do), and after sitting at a desk for 26 years, I needed to retrain my body to move. I started this class in 2013, and I only wish it ran year round! Melanie has kept us motivated, and I love attending with all the ladies! I'll miss you after tomorrow night, but will be back next summer!!
