Very bad experience. Came in 10 mins early for my appointment was ignored then when I asked, told I was "early" come to find out the girl I was scheduled with was very behind so I was taken by someone else who when started was ok but then her client showed up so she rushed my cut didnt have time for a shampoo and ripped my hair out because it was dry and long. I wont be returning I was so upset i just wanted some relaxing time .
The shop is always clean and neat, the staff friendly, & Pam at the sinks is excellent. Wendy is my hairdresser of choice. Never had a bad cut or color. She really knows what she's doing!
RecommendedI recommend Debbie's Mane Concern because of Wendy and Pam. Wendy does my hair and nails and she goes above and beyond to try to make me look as good as is possible. She works hard to solve any problems that I have with my hair and nails. In addition, I enjoy talking with Wendy. Pam washes my hair. She is always glad to see me and she makes me feel at home.
I really love this hair salon & never have been disappointed with the service. I have been going to Wendy for a lot of years & I have never been disappointed. I would recommend this salon & Wendy highly.
They always take good care of you here. Very friendly and helpful staff. Kelly always accommodates my ever changing look!
