We were is the process of selling a property for an estate and live outside the area. Debbie was great to work with from start to finish. She is very knowledgeable, gave us great guidance on the market, responsive to our needs and truly cared about our sale. Debbie was always on time for our appointments to view a property. She was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and fun to talk with. We saw a house for sale and called the listing agent on the sign out front. He wasn't that interested in showing it and actually discouraged us, guess he didn't want to represent the buyer and us. We had met Debbie at an open house the week before so called her and we got to see the house the next day. She helped us put an offer together but alas someone came in with cash. Debbie is professional. What that means is she is knowledgeable. If she did not have an answer when I asked, she found the answer promptly. She is dedicated to her client. She spent the entire day at the house I was buying to facilitate the home inspection - there was no heat on a rare cold AZ winter day. She never pushed a property. She found places that fit what I was looking for but always let me decide what to do - no pressure sales pitch.
