A true professional. We were first time homeowners and had to sell due to a job relocation.Debbie came in with such a great attitude and enthusiasm to help us sell our starter home. She proposed an efficient sale process, arranged for the staging and photographs, gave us good and thoughtfully critical advice on getting the home ready. The sale went very well–we couldn’t be happier with the results. Would love to work with Debbie again if we find ourselves back in Texas.

Debbie Soza comes across as an incredibly friendly and well intentioned agent, but buyer and sellers BEWARE! Get everything clearly in writing and maybe Debbie will choose to honor the terms of your agreement at closing. She pulled a bait and switch on us just weeks before closing, then refused to answer any phone call, email, text message until the night before closing where she simply told us that she had no intention of honoring our agreement delaying closing and creating excess fees for everyone involved.
