Debbie Mora Evans went above and beyond with the sale of our Wicker Park/Bucktown condo. She arranged so many details to freshen up our long-rented, great, but in-need-of-lots of touchups condo. She supervised all work by the handyman, cleaner, floor finisher, painter, plumber, and electrician for listing. Debbie was unprofessional, frantic, and VERY pushy during several interactions. She exhibited very odd behavior. Several times she attempted to deter me from taking photos of damage during the walk through; she kept repeating, "it's normal wear and tear" and waved her hands. They claim the home to be professionally cleaned, yet there was soap build up on the counter along with dust, and hairs in the shower. There's mold in the bathtub. 3 light bulbs are out. The master toilet is broken.
