Debbie Marie and her team did a great job listing my property and getting it sold at a premium price. She also pivoted quickly when the initial cash buyer cancelled during escrow (no fault from our side, purely the buyer's issue with noise tolerance of a neighbor) and we ended up with another offer which we closed escrow with quickly. All the details of the transaction were handled with ease and I couldn't have asked for a better experience selling the property.

Agent was dishonest in her telling seller that lender would not allow to pay rent to buyer. That was not true, lender allows 60 days. Agent Sylvia Kraneiss was trying to make me move sooner than we had arranged. She also threatened to place lien on my property if I did not return EMD to buyer who wanted to cancel. It was a horrible experience. Be ware of this agent negative tactics.
