I'm very happy with my dress and with the attention I got, this was a very wonderful experience and I wouldn't change it for the world.
They are extremely unprofessional, rude, and always tardy. Besides the fact that they lie and cancel appointments with out notification. They mistreated my sister and myself yelling and even cursed at us, unfortunately we had already purchased the dress and signed the contract so we had to stick it out. Never again will my family be dealing with such horrible people and horrible service. The customer is always right!
Servicio horrible irresponsables, IPOCRITAS SOLO QUIEREN EL DINERO PERO YA QUE LO TIENEN YA NO LES IMPORTA COMO ENTREGAN LOS VESTIDOS. Horrible service they are irresponsable hipocrants they only want your money, please don't go to this place or any store on Broadway downtown LA . zero star
This location is extremely unprofessional they made my nieces dress really bad and instead of wanting to make the requested changes the said they would not fix the dress and would rather see us in court!! Terrible service. If you see this place run the opposite direction!! If I had an option for 0 stars there would be NO STARS!!!
