I have edited my review to include only the facts of why I left a 2 Star rating: Heads up, this agent posted an open house on facebook, but didn't cancel the event when the open house was canceled. Instead, I got a personal message saying it was canceled, with a solicitation to schedule a showing. The Facebook event was never canceled. I left a message in the discussion section of the event to let the other interested parties know that the open house had been canceled, but my message was deleted.
