The front desk and manager were extremely rude and unhelpful. I was traveling for business but my flight was canceled due to severe weather, which was completely beyond my control, but they refused to issue a refund or even accommodate a change to my new travel dates. The reservation was $200 per night for three nights, and despite the circumstances, they were unwilling to reconsider. ABSOLUTELY NO COMPASSION AND UNDERSTANDING I DO NOT RECOMMEND
All of the staff is very accommodating and helpful. The place feels so homey with its soft lighting, and reading areas .it also has a beautiful garden and wrap around deck to relax in. I look forward to coming back for another staycation!
3rd time stay, great stay, room was great. Can’t speak to other rooms but room 17 is amazing
We loved the DeBary Inn so much, we booked it for an extra day so we could actually enjoy the porch and the town more. The Inn is gorgeous, the breakfast choices in the dining room were wonderful. We enjoyed our second cup of coffee on the beautiful wrap around porch enjoying the beautiful landscaping. Staff is wonderful; Robert told us about the Reeves Aboratum a few minutes drive away and also chatted about the Inn history we appreciated that. We also spoke with the landscaper about how beautiful she maintains the flowers.... read more
