Very nice and quiet. Victorian decor throughout. Small rooms but functional. Continental breakfast could have been better with homemade muffins or pastries instead of store bought. Only 2 blocks to town for restaurants and shops.
Absolutely beautiful hotel, wonderful service, comfortable rooms. Highly recommend!
Staff is very helpful! Location is wonderful- walking distance to many restaurants and trains to NYC. Breakfast is tasty and coffee and tea are always available.
Please don't mislead guests that the DeBary Inn is only 35 minutes by train to NYC as stated on your website. Most trains are 50 minutes to 1 hour to NYC and NONE are 35 minutes. (Summit is a good neighborhood but expect a 1 hour ride to NYC) My room had a sweet smoky smell like car anti freeze –I slept with the window open all night to avoid getting poisoned while I was sleeping. We had a wonderful 2-night stay at the Victorian-style, DeBary Inn. It was like walking back in time! Our room was clean, the bed was so comfortable and didn’t hear any noise from the other rooms. Sharon was very accommodating. They have a guestbook to sign in that dates back to 1960’s! Also, it’s walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, and train station to the city! We will definitely stay here again.
