I started calling this terrible badly organized establishment for help at 9am they put me on hold all day now the pharmacy is closed. I'm going to have to go to the ER and spend at least 4 to 6 hours there to get help. I HATE THIS DOCTORS OFFICE!! They are constantly throwing meds at me for anything and everything but the one I need.
Overall experience not great. Initial visit was good, scheduled labs for following week. Showed up, waited for an hour past my scheduled time only to be told I couldn’t be given an ETA. Left and rescheduled. Came back for labs, nurse complained about her job the whole time. Shortly after, received an invoice for my initial visit (for what should have been a covered new patient onboarding wellness screening). Called to dispute, and was told to call back in 15-30 days. Wasn’t great.
I really like this office. Deb is a great Nurse Practitioner, better than many doctors I have had in the past.
Deb was great . Very nice & understanding , great doctor !!!!!
