We walked into an open house that we fell in love with. We weren't quite ready to buy - stressful year and we were headed into the holidays. Deb encouraged us to move ahead, promising to help keep the process as stress free as she could. And she delivered!! Escrow is always hectic - but she did all she could to keep it smooth. Her husband's knowledge has been so helpful in learning the ins and outs of this older home. They even continue to be helpful after closing - above and beyond our expectations!

We ran into Deb, blessedly, at an open house to what is now our new home. Immediately she felt inviting, professional, knowledgeable and that family feeling I can't put into words. The process is always stressful for anyone and particularly for my wife who hates this type of stress but Deb held our hand through it all. Knew when to move us along and when to let us gather ourselves. Debra did what 2 other realtors, over a period of 6 years couldn't. She sold our house after the first showing, with a 30 day escrow, 0VER ASKING! Enough said.
