I lived at 1824 metzerott rd Apt 208 for 1 year and i couldn’t be happier to end my lease (I left April 30th, 2023). If you don’t mind splitting your rent with MICE, ROACHES, and BED BUGS then this is the perfect apartment for you . It’s so funny to me that the apartment is listed for rent so soon after i left. refuse to let me fill out an application to a property prior to seeing it solely because we received housing vouchers. Extremely discriminatory and also illegal.
This company offered a house for rent. I applied, offered $200 over asking price for rent. I was told 12 days later the landlord was going in a different direction. I applied on June 2 for a July 1 move in, so I told my landlord about my potential move, and he gave me a good review for the property management company. I had to check in with them every other day to find out if there was movement/progress. They told me the lack of communication was because the owner is overseas. Marlon was the best. He helped with any and everything we needed and did it all while making us laugh and be stress-free the whole time. I would highly recommend anyone in the market that is buying or selling to use Marlon, you wont regret it.
