I lived at 1824 metzerott rd Apt 208 for 1 year and i couldn’t be happier to end my lease (I left April 30th, 2023). refuse to let me fill out an application to a property prior to seeing it solely because we received housing vouchers. Extremely discriminatory and also illegal.
This company offered a house for rent. I applied, offered $200 over asking price for rent. I was told 12 days later the landlord was going in a different direction. I applied on June 2 for a July 1 move in, so I told my landlord about my potential move, and he gave me a good review for the property management company. I had to check in with them every other day to find out if there was movement/progress. They told me the lack of communication was because the owner is overseas.
