Incredible customer service. My Citizen Promaster GMT arrived promptly. Complimentary bracelet sizing was provided spontaneously. Inadvertently, incorrect links were sent with the watch. Upon notification, Rina from Diamonds contacted Citizen on my behalf with immediate replacement shipment underway.
