Great Job!!! I finally found a Shop that Honestly Diagnosis your vehicle and then fixes it with all Brand New Parts. In Accordance with Factory Specifications. The Staff really do make you feel like family. Just ask for Frank!! He has all your needs & worries under control. The Mechanics can fix anything that's fixable. I've had two different vehicles fixed by them. Everything is fine & I've had No Problems since I've had them fixed. They don't call them Total Automotive for Nothing!!! Great staff and quick service... Even call to do a vehicle checkup ... I recommend Frank and his crew to everyone. They really are Total automotive!
Took My car in to have brakes done. They were squeaking pretty bad. Tech told me it was def. my rear brakes and rotors. Paid $275 for everything. Drove around afterwards. The squaking was still there. Took it back to have it checked out again and see what the actual problem was. Tech then told me it was my front brakes. And that I would need to pay another $250 to have those replaced. I would rather have it done at another place.
Fantastic customer service. The nice lady working there was very knowledgeable & helpful. My car needed extensive repairs and they got the job done quickly and at a great price. you have a customer for life. Keep up the good work Dearborn Total!
