Updated November 13, 2024. Downgraded from 5 to 2 stars. I had a great experience living in this complex over 25 years ago. I've since moved away from the area, but am relocating back to metro Detroit. My first call was to Denise at Dearborn Club. She was incredibly personable and helpful with my unique situation. In my opinion, Denise went above and beyond to accommodate me and answered all of my questions. I anticipate that I will enjoy living there now, as much as I did back in the day! Worse place every they don't fix anything and harrass you and your family when they come to visit and Denise the property manager should have been fired along with her boss jaci churan
The office manager has a lot on her plate. So we try not to bother her with things like the downstairs neighbor constantly slamming his door or talking loud on his cellphone in the middle of the night or day. These apartments aren't soundproof and if you are looking for an apartment that's soundproof these aren't for you. I have spent monies on soundproofing our apartment so we can't hear the downstairs neighbor and it hardly works.
