I was extremely impressed with the tech that came out to give us an estimate for adding ac to our system. He did a great job of explaining the ins and outs of several options. Thanks for the great job.
I was extremely pleased with the service provided today by Dear Services. The technician called me 15 minutes before his arrival and he was actually early from the scheduled appointment which was very nice since I had to take time off work to meet him. He completed the job in a few minutes and everything was done perfectly. Definitely recommend them.
My experience with Dear Electric is very positive; from my initial call to request service, the tech that provided service and a follow up call to the office. The staff in the office that scheduled my service appointment during a time that worked best for me. The tech arrived during the agreed upon service time; Lukas was courteous, identified the problem and explained the options for repair/replacement.
