new electrical service panel, whole-house surge protector and two new outlets--the guys were right on time and completed all work to my satisfaction. they explained the work they had done and how to follow up if I had any issues in the future. Thanks!
Very pleasant sales person. No High pressure sales mannerly and explained what they had & what it may curtail. Usually I don't believe sales people cause they tell you what they want you to hear. Well this fellow was very professional and knew that he had to sell & add to the job of installing. Recommend this fellow & company.
I cannot get them to finish what they started, I make appointments they dont show up, when they do it's one guy and I have paid them 32k well one guy gets a couple outlets swapped out but definitely not the list a page long that needs done. They have delayed several contractors and now I'm begging for them to come finish for Christmas and was again for the 12th time promised a full day with more than one guy had to wait 3 weeks for this and no ones here, again!! 6 months later!!! Dear Services customer service is a joke… seriously, don’t hire them. When we first hired them last November, our bathroom flooded and we needed someone asap to come in and fix the hole that the previous owner had put in the pipe, we called Dear Services. The guy who came to our home was very nosey and admiring our house walking in places that he should not have been and not where the work needed to be done. DEAR Services - Outstanding! Competent, certified, personable and professional service on my furnace. The technician went so far as to say "I take pleasure in keeping clients warm." I could not be happier with all they have done for me and continue to do. I purchased a three year contract with them and it certainly has paid off. I hope to work with them as long as I own a home. ********* ******
DEAR Services came out and checked my electrical panel and water heater under a tune up coupon i found online. The tech that came out Abu was very knowledgable and showed my how bad my water inmy tank was. I wasnt in any shape to buya new one ( ofcourse) but he showed me how i could pay it off in a year with no interset so long story short i have a new tank with CLEAN water
They were on time and the tech was super nice and helpful i have no knowledge plumbing and the tech very understanding and answered all my questions
Do not use this company! They are overpriced and have inexperienced workers. They claim to have a "preferred customer" membership/pricing which supposedly includes 1 complimentary furnace cleaning (so I was told) and an electrical panel check up, neither of which I received. I was WAY overcharged, (after checking around with other companies). The company quoted a price of 199 but charged 600 for dryer vent cleaning. I provided input as to location of dryer but was still quoted the 199 until job was completed. At no time was I told it would cost more then the quote.
