This place is so trash. I advised people not to ever go to work here. It’s a lady name Nicole that works here and she is very racist i can’t go in details because i have an open case on her but please stay away from this place. The pay rate is the lowest in SETX so you guys is not missing nothing
There is a very high revolving door of ppl who work there. If u like strangers coming in and out of ur house, then this is the company u might want. For me, I have cancer, and I wanted the same person when they come to help me. Also, if the patient goes in the hospital for a few days, they will not keep the same helpers.
Dear Care is the most irresponsible company. The staff are useless and have no concern for the elderly people they are contracted to serve. The staff is not trained well and the lack of communication is by far the biggest issue. The providers don’t show up as scheduled. The frustrating fact is that when one calls to report no one presented themselves to the home, Angel and Kendra just brush it off.
