I post over the weekend about a very frustrating experience I had at Dean's Party Mania. Today I received a phone call from Ken Dean the owner of Dean's Party Mania. He and the manager was very apologetic for the experience I had at their establishment. They assured me that this wasn't their standard, and expressed how sincerely sorry/embarrassed they were that I had been treated the way I had by one of their employees. They made every effort to make it right. I respected them for reaching out to me!
Very disappointed went there to get floral napkins and there was only 2 choices....really that huge store and that was my choices.
Definitely not customer friendly. I'll stick with Party City.
