Will never shop there again, I went to(try) and get some things I needed for a project. I saw they had LED light bars in different colors and they were just in plain boxes with no markings or anything. Signs posted what they were and stated they were on display. There were no displays and when I asked if the employees knew how they worked or anything about them in general none of them knew anything. If you're going to be in business in a retail setting your employees should at least know what they're selling. I'm honestly sc... read more
Last Friday bought some items for my granddaughter's first birthday. Decided not to use them (misplaced receipt). I called & asked them if I could bring back & get my money back. They said yes. Today I go in & they said I could just get store credit. I don't want store credit...I want my money back. Why do I get told that I can get my money back (over phone) & then I go in & I'm told I can only have store credit?
