They supposedly ate the cost of this 3rd repair and blamed us for multiple issues on the mower because we had repairs done at Do Cut 4 years ago, they said they were mislead because we had already taken it somewhere else. 4 years ago! I am going to start at Visit #1. 5/26/2020 - the mower was dropped off for service with the complaint that the mower wasn't running real good...and the ground speed speed slow.... and that the customer replaced the left side head gasket and coil....and we were to call with an estimate..... we did exactly that. Bought a xt2 gx series and attachements that I needed, found the staff knowledgeable and interested in the products they sell. The price was right, actually less than I was quoted for a slightly lesser machine at a competitor.
As the owner of FORDS PROPERTY MAINTENANCE, I am always treated fair and honest...Yes, you can buy parts cheaper online...but, where will (for example) amazon be 10 years down the road? can you call Amazon and ask questions on your mower..blower..vac..? NOPE!! If you can do your own maintenance great! but if not, get an estimate and take it local...If you do go to Dean's for work, they do it..its NOT shipped out...it stays in house...they have been in business for a long time, and that says alot...the staff is very knowledge... read more
